Best Western Seine West Hotel - Puteaux

The family room featured a great mezzanine layout, perfect for kids' bedtime. Noise from the busy street interrupted our sleep.

We had an excellent stay of 3 nights.

We got room with cosy decor and a nice bathroom to relax. The location was particularly good, not too far away from La Defense. And the area was peaceful, short walk to France, and train station and buses to city centre👍👌

the location reliant on buses to get to the metro was excellent and unbeatable for us.

Positive, Great location near La Défense and accessible transport. The super nice team and accommodating. The family suite had a huge bathroom and was clean. Plenty of nearby food options.

Nothing to like really, except some of the staff who were nice.

The hotel is undertaking partial renovation- to be avoided until it's finished. Very small rooms, even smaller corridors. The hotel wasn't refurbished. Problems with the bathroom ceiling - leakage. More than 500 m away from Metro 1 stop Defense Esplanade. Hotel located in zone 3 of Paris so public transport is more expensive.

I am not happy with the room we were given, it was dusty and the only good aspect of our stay this now the 3rd time at this same hotel is the excellent greeting from reception.

Room 44 was very dissapointing and not practicle at all. Too many steps and it seems that it was like we were sent to the attic!! The shower was very poor with a wodden block supporting the shower door frame this is not fitting for a hotel which charges people to stay in it.I would recommend the hotel but not room 44.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, with an excellent shower. The super nice team, printing my boarding pass for me. I loved the complimentary water and apples in the lobby. Breakfast was diverse with plenty of options 😊

The location was perfect as we were in Paris for the arc & we were only 15 mins cab ride from longchamp race course

The room was on the 5th floor & had a sloping roof so quite easy to bang your head & the shower / bathroom was in very bad condition

Immaculate Comfort Twin Room, friendly vibe, and just a short ride to cool Paris spots. Definitely coming back!

The location was vibrant, offering numerous bars and restaurants, making each evening enjoyable. The breakfast variety was impressive, with fresh pastries and a friendly atmosphere helping start the day right.

I found the room to be quite cramped, lacking essential amenities like air conditioning. The noise from the street was bothersome. The location, while close to local restaurants, required a lengthy walk to public transport, quite inconvenient.

The Comfort Twin Room provided asuper clean and cozy experience with a cozy bed. The breakfast stood out, offering fresh pastries alongside baked apples. I encountered an issue when entering a room already occupied, leading to a frustrating wait at the reception for an alternate accommodation. The lack of soundproofing.

Spacious family room and helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay with a family room that offered plenty of space, separated by a mezzanine, perfect for putting the kids to bed in their own area. The staff were helpful, assisting us with ticket bookings and local recommendations. The window noise from the busy street made it challenging to enjoy quiet moments in the room.

Stayed in the Comfort Queen Room for 3 nights. The shower was super excellent, really good pressure and heat. The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfy. The view was blocked by a busy street, and opening the window let in way too much noise. Breakfast was pretty solid too, lots of good options to start the day right.
